Reiki
Japanese word (Rei) meaning universal life, (ki) meaning energy. This technique is beneficial for stress reduction and relaxation that also activates the body’s natural healing processes to restore physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. 
Chakra
There are 7 main energy centers in the body, chakras, each governing specific parts of the physical, mental and emotional body. When the chakras are in balance it enhances the body’s vitality, health and well-being. 
Reflexology
The art of applying pressure to areas of the hands, feet and ears that relate to muscles, organs and other systems of the body. May be beneficial for relieving stress. 
Kansa Wand Massage
“Kansa” is the word used in India to reference the blend of metals, mainly copper and tin– in the West it is known as “bronze”. A kansa wand is a tool used for a gentle and luxurious massage that stimulates the subtle energy grids known in Chinese and Ayurvedic traditions. 
Aromatherapy
When essential oils are inhaled through the nose, aromatic molecules are carried through the lining of the nasal cavity via tiny olfactory nerves, located in the roof of the inner nose, to the part of the brain called the limbic system. This practice may be beneficial for emotional, mental and physical well-being. 
Sound Healing
When listening to live music or recorded sounds (i.e, gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, etc.) a reduction in stress may occur and can place the listener in a meditative state.

Tapping/EFT
Tapping is similar to using acupressure. By using your fingertips and tapping on meridian points you stimulate the energy flow and healing power of the body. A simple and painless process used for physical, emotional and spiritual healing. 
Hypnonsis
A state where the body and mind are relaxed allowing focused concentration. The mind is then highly aware and highly responsive to suggestion or direction. Typically used to recover suppressed memories or to allow modification of behavior. 
Regression
Entering a state of hypnosis for the purpose of accessing the memories of earlier moments of this life or previous lifetimes (past life regression). Past life regression is often times used to transform unexplained behavioral patterns and unexplained symptoms.
